❓ How does the group discount work? If you and your group book together for a minimum of one month and move in within 7 days of each other, you’ll each get a discount based on group size: Group of 2: 20% off Group of 3: 25% off Group of 4+: 30% off (capped)
❓Do we have to apply together? Nope! You can apply separately. Just be sure to mention each other’s names in your call with our team, or let us know if you would like to set up a group call when scheduling after you fill in our online application. Once members confirm you’re part of the same group and book your stays, your discount will be applied to your monthly membership invoices. We'll walk you through it!
❓Can current or returning members join the promo? Yes! If your current or past stay ends and you're starting a new one-month booking within the promo window (with others joining too), you qualify!
❓Can I combine this with other discounts? This promotion cannot be combined with other offers (e.g., extended stay discounts, referral perks, seasonal sales).
❓Do we all have to book the same room type? Nope! You and your crew can each book the room that suits your needs. Discounts apply based on your individual room’s standard monthly rate.
❓What if someone in our group cancels? If your group size changes before move-in, we’ll adjust the discount accordingly. You must have at least 2 people moving in within 7 days to keep the discount valid.

❓Is this promotion available at Surfbreak Honolulu (HNL) too? No, this promotion is exclusive to our Puerto Escondido location (Surfbreak PXM). While Surfbreak HNL has its own awesome vibe and perks, the Surfbreak Party Wave group discount is only valid for stays at our Oaxaca, Mexico villa from April through October 2025 🌴🇲🇽
