Our fully renovated, four-story Mexican villa is a remote work and co-living oasis just steps away from the beach. 28 rooms, 11 bathrooms, 3 glass work/conference rooms, and a solar shaded rooftop deck,. You'll have plenty of space to work, relax, and connect with like-minded individuals. The property is gated for privacy and features a beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing area and covered BBQ area, perfect for hosting community events and cookouts. Unlike most places in Mexico, we have drinkable tap water with a whole house purification system and reverse osmosis on tap. In addition to this, we offer the best internet in Puerto, with fiber optic TelMex, Starlink, and back-up generators. Our internet works through the common power outages that Puerto faces.
